Hi. My name is Jewel Spooner and although I have been practicing yoga for many years it was not until this summer that I took the Yoga Teacher Training program in Saltspring Island, BC. The course was an amazing experience and I feel as though I am currently living in one of the best time of my life.
Yoga has change my life. I feel that because of it I am a calmer, happier, more grounded individual. I would love to share what I have learned in my practice with you.
I am now teaching at The Yoga Studio which is just above Theo's place in Sidney. If you live in the area and are interested in trying yoga, come on in and try a class out... the first one is free!
Hours: I am currently working every SATURDAY 1-2:30
